6th Grade Science –
Today, we kicked off a heat, temperature, and thermal energy unit. We’ll continue to explore the topic of thermal energy in discussions, activities, and experiments over the next few weeks.
Homework –
10/1 – Review your new science glossary terms to familiarize yourself with the new vocab.
10/2 – Finish your Temperature Scales Lab Report if you do not complete this in class.

STEM Apps –
Today, we kicked off our Future City unit, where students will be challenged to address global issues and come up with feasible solutions as they work in teams to design and create a city 100+ years ahead of our time.
Homework –
10/1 – Brainstorm ideas as you begin to think about your Future City.
10/2 – Finish your Future City KWL chart if you do not complete this in class.
