Today’s bellwork consisted of PLAN test questions from last year’s test. Students will be taking the PLAN test in the Spring of 2014.
The remainder of the period we discussed Sec 9-2, Reflections.

The remainder of the period we began discussing Sec 9-2, Reflections. Students began an exploration from the book to discover the properties of the Line of Reflection.

Notes 9-11-13 Chapter 1 vocabulary and begin 9-2 with an exploration.
Today’s bellwork reviewed finding the intersection of lines and planes and naming them with the correct letters and symbols.
The remainder of the period we began discussing Transformations, specifically Translations and the related vocabulary (Sec 9-1).
We then continued introducing vocabulary from Chapter 1.

The definition of Postulate, Plane, Coplanar, and Noncoplanar were then discussed and students should have added these to their vocabulary book.

Attached is a list of vocabulary from Chapters 1 and 9 that students are responsible for. They are to create a book of vocabulary words and formulas using index cards. Students can use this book on tests and quizzes.
