Bellwork gave students practice writing expressions in radical form and using rational exponents and solving equations using radicals.  Students were given a copy of the class syllabus, a textbook, and a “Student Companion” to be used during the semester for notetaking.

The remainder of the period we continued discussing Sec 5-1:  nth Roots, Radicals, and Rational Exponents.

Hwk #1 will be due on Monday, January 27, 2020.
