4th & 5th Hours:

Bellwork reviewed writing equations in Slope-Intercept Form (Sec 6-2).

Hwk #26 is due today.

Students took a short quiz over Sec 6-2, Slope-Intercept Form.

The remainder of the period we began discussing Sec 6-3, Standard Form of a linear equation.  Students learned how to find the x and y intercepts of a line when the equation is in Standard Form.

Hwk #27 will be due next Tuesday.  Sec 6-3

Pages 301-302

Problems 5-8, 10, 11, 19, 20, 36, 37, 49, 50 (for 49 & 50 only write the equation in Slope Intercept Form)
