Bellwork reviewed writing and solving an equation to find missing numbers and to solve equations with variables on both sides of the equal sign.

Hwk #11 is due today.

The remainder of the period students took a quiz over solving equations.  After the quiz we began discussing Sec 2-6 which involves solving equations with many variables.

Hwk #12:  Page 113-114, Problems 1-5, 7, 12, 24, 26, 31, 33, 35, 39 (Due Wed, Oct. 8)

The remaining three sheets from the equations solving practice packet are due on Thursday, October 8.  These are equations involving multiple fractions, variables on both sides, and variables only.
