We will do a rough draft of this final project in our notebooks in class Thursday.

A “tree map” drawn on a poster or large paper, that explains the following components of the book
- Exposition (setting, time period, genre)
- Characters (main characters and some implicit/explicit traits)
- Plot (rising action, climax, falling action, and resolution)
- Theme and symbolism
- The thinking map should have 3-5 pictures, and should show neatness and creativity
- 3 if hend drawn, 5 if cut and pasted
The rubric is attached and I will make copies of the rough draft is you are absent/testing on Thursday. However, it is your responsibility to come forward and ask (on your own time, not in the middle of class!)
