As you all know, we are having a picnic on June 15th at 9:00 am and we are excited to spend a fun-filled day with our students and their families. To make the day even more enjoyable for the kids, we would like to have a Pinata. Therefore, I am reaching out to you to see if anyone would be willing to bring a Pinata to the picnic. If you are interested, please let me know, and I will coordinate with you to ensure that the Pinata is appropriate for the kids.

Also, I would appreciate it if you could let me know if you are not planning to come to the picnic. We need to know how many kids are coming so that we can make appropriate arrangement.

I would like to inform you about the plan for our upcoming graduation day. Our graduation ceremony will be held on Thursday May 25th at 5:00 pm in the school auditorium.

We kindly request that you arrive at the school by 5:00 pm to allow sufficient time for parking and seating arrangements. All children should be on the stage by 5:15 pm to begin the ceremony. During the ceremony, the children will be singing a song which we hope you will enjoy.

After the song, I will be passing out diplomas to each of the children. This is a special moment for both the children and their families, so we ask that you be present to share in this important occasion.

Following the ceremony, we will be having pizza for everyone in the cafeteria. This will be a great opportunity to celebrate our children’s achievements and to socialize with other families.
