Week of 5/4 – 5/8

I hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy. The weather is finally nice, so getting outside and exercising is something that everyone can be doing now. Here are this weeks new exercise activities for you to do either in your house, in your backyard, or even at a park. These are great ideas of ways to get your body moving and really have fun while you’re doing them.

Make sure you are filling in your excel sheet everyday after you complete your exercises. Remember to list the type of activity you are doing, and how long you are doing them for. You need to be doing a minimum of at least 30 minutes a day of some sort of physical activity. Remember, if you have any questions please email me.
