Hi, my name Noor Algasid. I’m in 6th grade at Lowrey Middle School. I’m 12 years old. My birthday is on April 4. I’m a member of the Lowrey Polar Express. I enjoy being part of the Lowrey Polar Express because it’s fun and I get to write stories about what is happening at our school. My favorite subject is Language Arts. I don’t like dark chocolate and big bugs. I’m scared of Clowns. My hobbies are playing soccer and sometimes painting.

My name is Sarah Mallah. I’m in 6th grade. I’m 12 years old. My hobbies are painting, watching anime and playing video games like Minecraft, Sea of Thieves and Roblox. I was born in Lebanon. My dislikes are having loads of homework and being absent on school days. My favorite subjects are ELA and Social Studies. My favorite foods are Ramen noodles and popcorn. I really don’t like insects and hot days. I enjoy being part of Polar Express because I love writing.

Hi, my name is Fatima Mteirek, and I’m a Polar Express staff member at Lowrey School. I’m In 7th grade. I am 13 years old and my birthday is on April 4. My favorite subjects that make my day better in school are Art, and ELA. Outside of school my favorite hobbies are, drawing, (Sketching, Painting, etc.), Baking/cooking, and playing sports. My favorite sports are Soccer, Volleyball, and Basketball. My personal/school goals are to make the Lowrey Soccer team in the spring, and to get 1,000 followers on my Instagram , about my baking, drawing, and personal life. In school I try my best to stay focused and ready so I can be closer to my dream of being a lawyer. Lastly, the reason why I joined Polar Express is because I love to write, and I like to be part of the club that lets Dearborn know what goes on at Lowrey.

My name is Ishl Wasfy, and I am a sixth grader at Lowrey Middle School. I am originally from Iraq, Baghdad. I am currently 11 years old. My hobbies include writing and baking. My school clubs are Student Council, SEDSAC and Lowrey’s Polar Express. I HATE bugs and studying the inside of the human body because there are always images that make me feel queasy. My least favorite subject is science, my favorite subjects are EL and Math.

Some dislikes I have are bugs, squirrels and just animals in general. My favorite subjects in school are Science, Global Studies and Language Arts.
