During the week of October 25 we will be continuing our study of informational text and the use of the R.A.N. Chart. We will also be focusing on providing evidence for answers to questions. In spelling we are on Lesson 6 which focuses on blends. The words were sent home Friday and are on Spelling City. The words for Lesson 6 are: black, track, stop, crab, flat, blood, slip, opinion, capital, period.
I hope you are using MobyMax, MyOn and Spelling City. They all provide good ways for your children to practice.

October 28 is the Buffalo Wild Wings fundraiser.
Friday, October 30 we will have our classroom Fall Celebration Party from 2-3. If you would like to make a food donation, please let me know. We have 21 children in the class.
What kind of food items do you need?
We have one parent donating store bought cookies or cupcakes. We could use drinks, cheese & crackers, fruit or anything else you would like to donate. thank you.
