I received my Bachelor of Science from Wayne State University. My major was deaf education and elementary education. My minor was in social studies. I also received my Masters of Education from Wayne State University in the area of reading specialist. I also did additional course work at Marygrove College earning additional endorsements from the State of Michigan in the areas of learning disabilities, cognitive impairment and emotional impairment.
