June 8 is Market Day. The parents and school are invited to see the students’ work from 2:15-3:15. This is the time they will be sharing out about their business. There is no selling on this day. It is expected that the students work will have correct spelling, good sentences and provide details of their work. Also the work should be neatly done. I am sending home all the pieces they have been working on in class, so they can assemble the board at home, as well as add any other pieces or artifacts. The work may be done on the computer and printed out to put on the tri-fold.
June 9 is Field Day. We will be having lunch outside. After lunch we will begin our Field Day activities. Please send water with your child.

June 14 will be the 3/4 grades end of year celebration.
June 16 is the last day of school. This is a 1/2 day for students.
When are the market day presenations to be turned in? June 6th Monday or the day of June 8th?
We are bringing them in on Monday to double check everything is done and we are ready to present on Wednesday when we have the presentations. Also, by having them in on Monday, we are sure everyone will have their presentations/boards at school for Wednesday.
