Hello! Just a quick post to remind you that Friday is a half day for students. Dismissal is at 11:45. Also a heads up that picture day is next Thursday, October 18th. I’ll send home any additional info as soon as I get it!

We met our goal and will be celebrating with our first Blurt Bean Reward tomorrow. We will be watching a movie in the afternoon and students are welcome to bring in a drink of your/their choice. I will be providing popcorn for the class.

Math homework was sent home tonight. Attached to the back is a “Homework Helper” that explains the strategies that were introduced and practiced in class. Your child is welcome to use those or another strategy that they choose. The homework is due Wednesday.

Important Dates Monday 9/17: PTA Welcome Back Picnic 4:30 – 6:30 Wednesday 9/19: Late Start; School begins at 9:35
