It’s been a whirlwind month and this past week was perhaps the busiest with all of the events and fun!
A big thank you to all of the guest readers from the week. We got a chance to have a local author, Shayma Mustafa, read her story to us and talk about the writing process. Laila’s Mom, Mrs. Lazar, Jim Thorpe, and Ms. Lola stopped in to read to us and the class also got to meet my sister, nephews, and dad.
Bingo For Books – We had a great time playing bingo and winning BIG!
Dalia became our first SUBTRACTION master! She now moves on to multiplication. Congratulations Dalia! 🙂
The class did an excellent job at their concert on Thursday and looked so sharp I just had to snap a few pictures before they went on stage. Naturally we needed a few silly pictures, too.
Congratulations to all of the students who met the reading goal every week for the month!
Finally, here is a copy of the Brainstormers information that was sent home today in case it gets misplaced or you need another copy.
Have a wonderful Spring Break! 🙂
