I wanted to take a moment to recognize and congratulate all of the students who submitted applications to run for student senator for our class. The following students applied for the position: Noah Beydoun, Claire Brice, Dalia Dabaja, Dean Haidar, Rami Hider, Summer Ittayem, Brooke Regan, Mousa Salem, Owen Sanderson-Price, and Sarah Smith.

Of those nine, only four could be selected to prepare a speech, make a poster, and have their name placed on the ballot for voting. These students did a really nice job and showed a lot of courage to get up in front of their class and give a speech.

All of them did such a fantastic job and should be very proud of themselves! After voting on Friday, it was announced that Summer Ittayem will be the representative for our class on Student Council.
