The Week in Review!!

What’s up guys?

So, this week, we have been working on reading the novella, “Animal Farm.”  We reviewed rhetorical devices (ethos, pathos, logos) and talked about how they apply to the book.  Today, we looked at vocabulary words for Chapter Three, paraphrased words in groups and shared out.

REMEMBER: Paraphrasing means to put something in your own words!  🙂

The vocabulary list is attached to this post — just in case you lost it.

HOMEWORK:

Chapter One Words to Paraphrase:

#1, 3, 6, 7, 8, 10

Chapter Two Words to Paraphrase:

#3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 15

You can do these on loose leaf paper and attach them to the list.

Any questions, feel free to email me any time BEFORE 7 PM for assistance.

REMINDER:  Parent/Teacher Conferences are on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 in the CAFETERIA!  Hope to see you there!  🙂

Enjoy the weekend!
