Harlem/Juicy Writing Assignment

Langston Hughes Group 1

On your chart paper, each group member must answer the following question in one sentence.

Identify how Hughes uses imagery for all five senses in his poem.

  • Sight
  • Taste
  • Touch
  • Smell
  • Sound
