This week we focused on looking at some sample problems that are closely related to what we will see on the M-Step test next week. I wanted to give students the opportunity (even if it is only for a minute) to see concepts that we will get to later in the year. They have been working hard in class this week and as a result have not had homework (until today). I am now going to ease back from test prep (only doing a few problems each day) and get back to content. Students have homework tonight. They will need to complete pgs. 171-172 in the packet sent home today. We are focusing on creating equations (expressions) based on word phrases. They will also need to be able to evaluate the expression given the value.
