Hi there! I hope everyone has enjoyed their mid winter break! The past few weeks have been crazy with all of these days off! Hopefully, we can all find our way back into a routine. I know I am ready to get back to business. With that being said, we have finally finished Lesson 10! We spent Thursday’s half day taking the quiz. Most finished. If students did not finish they will be given the opportunity on Tuesday to complete it in the first half of class. We will also be doing a review of multiplying fractions with cross canceling (bell-work skill from the past 3 weeks). A quiz on this skill will be given this week on Wednesday.

We will spend the second half of class starting on Lesson 11 which should be somewhat of a review for them. It focuses on Common Factors and Multiples. (A lesson we went over in the beginning of the year during bell-work.) We should only take about a week (unless we have more snow days) so the quiz on this lesson will be the last week of February.

Grades are updated (not counting the Lesson 10 Quiz because not everyone is done) so please go and check your student’s scores.
