We are in the final stretch of 6th grade here at Bryant! Since our arrival back at school we have focused on exponents and the order of operations. We wrapped up lesson 15 today. Students should be bringing home a practice quiz to be completed tonight. We will review the answers before taking the Lesson 15 Quiz tomorrow! If your student still struggles, please have them go into Khan Academy and review with some of the videos there. Your child can also login to IXL ( a new program being paid for by the school) and do practice problems on order of operations and exponents. To find these sections on IXL students go to learning and then find D.2 (for Exponent practice) and O.11 (for order of operations).

Our next lesson is going to be the start of algebraic equations if you want your student to get a head start.
