Final for 1984

To wrap up the novel 1984, you will complete a quick essay to sum up the reading.  There are 5 questions revolving around the various themes found within 1984.  Answer EACH question.  Each question should be answered in at least a paragraph minimum for each response.  Total you should have a minimum of FIVE paragraphs or more.  Support and explain your point of view as well as you can.  This will be your final assignment so it is SUMMATIVE.  Make sure you complete it! 

It is due Tuesday May 19^th at midnight.

The five questions are:

1. The Party and Power: Can a society based on hate survive?
2. The Fall of Big Brother: What might cause the fall of Big Brother?
3. The Party and Objective Reality: Can Big Brother decide what is real and what is not?
4. Surveillance and Big Brother: Is our technology taking us closer to the world of Big Brother?
5. What does the slogan Big Brother uses mean to you?
