The first ten amendments to the Constitution are known as the “Bill of Rights.” These amendments guarantee many of our individual rights including freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of religion, freedom of assembly, the right to bear arms, the right to be free from warrantless searches and seizures, the privilege against self–incrimination, the right to trial by jury in civil and criminal cases, and the right to legal counsel in criminal cases.

In a five paragraph essay, explain which of these rights is the most important and defend your choice.

APUSH Period 7 Test Correction

The Period 7 tests are open until Wednesday 5/31. Test corrections must be written by hand and not done on the computer (unless you have already turned them in). You need to write the question with the correct answer, and then justify why the right answer is correct.
