Students will be creating different clay representations of Ancient Indus Valley civilizations’ – Clay Tiles, Clay Pottery, Clay Sculptures.
Students will need to bring modeling clay in as soon as possible.

If anyone has any of the items below that they would be willing to donate to the classroom, it would be much appreciated. It is not required, but there are some things that would help our classroom stay clean and our students healthy. If you would be willing to send anything in, I would greatly appreciate it.

The final day of the card marking is November 2, 2018. Parent Teacher Conferences will be held on November 12 & November 14. All parents are encouraged to attend.
Students worked hard and produced some great models of Mesopotamian homes! Thank you students for your hard work. Thank you parents for helping to supply this great project!

Week of 9/17 – 7th grade classes will work in groups of 3 to build a model of an ancient Mesopotamian house. Below are a list of possible materials we may use. Students will decide in their groups which materials they will use to build their model. The house should be no larger than an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper. Houses will be due on 9/21/2018.
