Wednesday 10-3-18

Arrive in the auditorium with luggage at 8:30am.

Check in with Ms. McCuaig for attendance.

Check in medications with Mrs. Bennet at 8:35am

Luggage placed on trailer at 8:45.

Board the bus at 8:50am.

Leave Whitmore-Bolles at 9:00am.

Arrive at camp by 10:30am.

Friday 10/5/18

Return to Whitmore  by 1pm.

5th grade t-shirts are arriving tomorrow, and the students will wear them on Wednesday 10/3/18 to ride the bus to camp. If you have not done so already, please send the $9.00 charge for the T-shirt as soon as possible.

Picture Day is: Wednesday, October 10

Picture Day Volunteers Needed!!

The first two volunteers will recieve a photo package.

If anyone is available to volunteer on picture day please contact the office.

Due to the early camp date, scholarship applications are due back as soon as possible.

If you still wish to apply, the deadline has been moved up to 9-21-18.

We will have a Popcorn Sale Friday  9-21-18

1 for $.50 or 3 for a $1.00

Please look for the camp tuition paperwork tonight.

Total costs are explained.

I am sending home the most current balance, due no later than Friday September 28,2018.

Hello Future Campers!!!

There will be a camp meeting with a representative from the YMCA Storer Camp here at Whitmore on September 18th at 5pm. Please come ready with questions to ask.

Camp will take place on October 3-5th, If you have not paid the $25 deposit, and you would like your child to attend, it must be sent in ASAP.
