Hi! So. because BigBlueButton was stressful today, after it was done I became so sad because I did not get to interact with the kids as planned. I’m scrapbooking this crazy time in history, and want to include all my wonderful students!!

Please send me pictures of all the wonderful things you’re doing at home so I can include them. It will be healing to look at them having fun. Doesn’t have to be school related.

Okay, our 1st meeting did not go so well.

I will be working on getting out the kinks in technology today and tmr.

I’m scheduling a practice session for tmr at 1pm.

Please join if you can, not required.

A real meeting will be on Thursday at 1pm.

Big Blue Button Starts Today!!!!

I have not received any questions so hopefully everyone is ready!! This is a repeat of the previous information posted last week.

Our new communication portal for video chat is called BigBlueButton.
It is located in “iLearn”. It is easily found on the Dearborn Schools homepage.

I have attached a video that will help you get all set up. I suggest looking at the video on a phone, and attempting to use the program on a different device if possible.

Our course is named “McCuaig 19-20” The students are already enrolled in the course. There aren’t any codes.

Follow the video instructions.

We will resume our meetings on Tuesday and Thursday at 1pm.

Please attempt to use this before 1pm. You will not be able to see the video chat portion until that time.
