Hello! So much rain today! I hope you can keep those kiddos busy inside with some of our regular and extra activities. Feel free to always check out the sections in the classroom called Enrichment Math and Enrichment Reading. Those areas have more challenging reading passages as well as additional math topics. This week for reading we are focusing on Raz-Kids! I’d like to see many of them level up! No additional tasks are being assigned for Friday and next Monday as we are “off” school on the district calendar.

The district is making plans for student material pickup/locker clean out and the closing out of classrooms for the year. As I get more information on how this will be done I will pass it on to you. I hope to have a basket available for book bags to be turned back in. I do know this will most likely take place the week of June 1st.

The learning plan for the week is uploaded to the “stream” section of google classroom. I can’t get it to upload properly here today. Feel free to watch all of the videos under classroom meetings. This week we are working on “word ladders” and there’s some Leader in Me work there.

Thank you for putting forth your best with this crazy time! I know most of you are working harder and working longer days now that you’re doing double duty!
