Today Ms. St. George’s Young 5s class began their first STEAM Alphabet activity. We began the lesson by hearing a song about the Letter A. We then practiced writing upper and lowercase A with markers on chart paper. Next we read the book, “Ten Apples Up On Top”, practicing our counting. We discussed the colors and variety of apples. Finally we built structures to hold “Ten Apples Up On Top”. What a fun day in STEAM!
