Take a seat, close your eyes, and listen. What sounds do you hear around you?

• Listen.

• Draw four boxes on a sheet of paper.

• In each box, write what you hear.

• Then draw a picture of what’s making each sound.

Social Studies: Make a picture timeline of yourself in the past, present,

and future.

In your journal, write at least 4 facts you learned about spring.

Monday, April 13th

Happy Monday! I hope you all had a great spring break and enjoyed the good weather we had this past week with your family. It is the start of a new week and I have missed you all. Let’s get back to work.

Morning work: complete page 126   Morning Work

Reading: MobyMax Reading for 20 minutes. For close reading, I want you to Listen to Carla’s Sandwich.

When you read it the first time, look for new interesting words. Write them down and use them in a sentence. Find at least 3 words.

Read books from book bag!

Math: MobyMax Math for 20 minutes.

Spelling: Write each word 3 times each.

Covid 19 Time Capsule: This is just for fun! I thought it was a great idea to have you do it. If you can’t print, you can do these on blank paper and create your own. 🙂

Good morning boys and girls! Wow, what a beautiful day we had yesterday. I hope you enjoyed the weather. I know you did! It is very IMPORTANT that you keep up with your daily assignments everyday. READ EVERYDAY!  I want to make sure you are staying on track.

I miss all of your beautiful faces in the morning. We will continue online learning after Spring Break. I will not post any assignments next week.

YAY! Happy first day of April. The weather is finally getting warmer and the days are getting longer.
