The Week of April 27th
Hello hello ladies and gentleman, and welcome to another week of virtual learning.
Due to issues that were made apparent last week, I will not be able to do Hangout lessons with you at this time. Instead, I will be pre-recording the lesson and sharing that video with each of you.
It should come as no surprise that I do two things A LOT in this video; move my hands a ton, and change the volume of my voice. You have been warned!

The assignment this week will be a little different as we transition away from IXL and NewsELA and shift focus back to our regular curriculum.
The focus this week will be on Science in general, specifically “What is Science?“
You will be reading and watching stories of different scientists, to further develop an understanding on how we use science. especially in situations like the one we are currently living through!
To access your assignment, please go to our Google Classroom and be sure to log in to your School Account.
You will be using a Google Slides presentation to work through the assignment, both of which can be found when you begin the assignment on Classroom.
As I told many of you last week, Evelyn is due to be born no later than Wednesday of this week (finally), so I may be unavailable to help if you have questions. Once I am certain of the date and time, I will give you the relevant information!
