HOUSE DAY! We kicked off March is Reading month!
Our 1st and 2nd Card marking Honor Roll and High Effort recipients
November 29th: We had visitors from Wayne State University Medical School. They came in and showed us a presentation about our hearts and how to keep them healthy! After that, we got to see and practice CPR, hear our heart beats, see how smoker’s lungs look, work AND touch them, and hold/dissect a pig’s heart!
November 29th: We hosted our first FALCON FRIENDS HOUSE DAY! This means we had a classroom of kindergartners – 5th graders working together on an activity from the book “ish” by Peter H. Reynolds. The 5th graders did SUCH a WONDERFUL job being ROLE MODELS and LEADERS of the school! Very proud of them!
November 21st: We’re going to see WONDER! Please make sure your student returns the $11 and the Permission Slip by FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 17TH! (or they cannot come!)
November 10th, 2017: We hosted Camp Ohiyesa, for the FIRST EVER Camp Day HERE! The kids did great braving the frigid temps and enjoying the games, s’mores, and hot chocolate!
