Happy New Year and Welcome Back!

I hope everyone had a restful and enjoyable break.

A few things for this week: We will begin NWEA testing tomorrow and take our 4 tests over the next three weeks. Please make sure your children come to school focused, after eating a healthy breakfast and having a good night’s sleep. Encourage them to do their best and take their time!

A permission slip went home for the Underground Railroad Museum today. We will be taking our field trip on February 1.

Next Friday, January 18 we have a half day.
Monday, January 21 we have no school.
Tuesday, January 22 is also a half day.

Thank you for your support and patience as we work out the details of our new traffic flow here at Howard! Your students should have brought information home for you, but please let me know if you need another copy.
