have been selected to perform our black belt song “Ode to Joy” with the Dearborn Symphony next week! 4th Graders will get the privilege to hear our lovely McDonald Musicians Aya, Sarah, and Nour on our field trip to the Dearborn Symphony!

November 5 -4th Grade Field trip to the Dearborn Symphony
November 20 – Lower El. & Madrigal Concert (Kindergarten, 1st Grade, and 2nd Grade)
4th &5th Graders please remember to come before school to test for recorder belts.

So very excited to see all of the beautiful faces of McDonald this month! I hope everyone had a fabulous summer! This month we are going to get the music ball rolling.
4th AND 5th Graders will be starting recorders in October, so be on the lookout for recorder handouts and information.
Also at the end of the month I will be sending home information for our 3rd-5th grade school choir: The McDonald Madrigals! We had an awesome group in choir last year and I hope to see you all return.
