You will find an article on there to work on. You MUST complete directions, as well as the writing activity and quiz to receive full points. This will be worth 10 summative points.
HIGHLIGHT any words you do not know in red. Find the definitions from Google and annotate to show the meaning of the words.
HIGHLIGHT anything you find unique or interesting in GREEN. There must be at least TWO things highlighted in Green.
HIGHLIGHT questions you have in YELLOW. You must have at least 4 questions.
HIGHLIGHT a TEXT TO TEXT connection in blue.
HIGHLIGHT a text to self or text to world connection in RED.
ANNOTATE to explain your thoughts for highlighted text. You must have at least 10 highlighted things/annotations.
SLOT: Find the historical context of these passages. Fill in in the last box of the chart.

We did a binder quiz so you will need to make that up. You need to schedule with me to make this up.
We went through presentations. Take notes #8 of what each group presented and made blue.
Bellwork: Using the “A Great Fear Sweeps France” heading on pg. 655, summarize what the Great Fear was and what happened in THREE sentences.
Classwork: We began creating presentations for Ch. 23, Section 2. If you are absent, you will be excused from this assignment but will still need to take notes as groups are presenting.
