Good Morning!

It’s March and it’s Reading Month.

Our Opening Ceremony was today. We represent Italy, so if you know anything about Italy, please share it with your child. Then, they can share it with their classmates.

Also, if you would like to come and read to our class, please make any appointment. Write a day and time in your child’s planner. It is best to plan to read at 2:30. The end of the day is best because then we don’t have any specials, exchanges or interruptions. Thanks and hope you will consider coming in and sharing your favorite book or your child’s favorite book.

We are excited about our Science & Sound Presentations. The district is providing three sessions of instruction on Science and Sound. Ask your child about it.

Picture Day is Wednesday, March 5.

WDIA is this week. It is an assessment to determine how well your child knows English. Children are tested in Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking.

And finally, Storytellers come in on Friday.

Yes it is a busy week. Therefore, homework may not be as consistent

Have a Good Week!.
