Hi, everyone! I hope you had a nice spring break (even though we are all in quarantine). Additionally, I hope all of you are staying safe and healthy at home with your family.

Last week, I was able to create a Remind account for our class. Many of you already have it on your phones. However, if you do NOT have Remind, please follow these instructions to download it.

1. On your smartphone, go to the app store and download “Remind”.
2. Make an account with your phone number and put in your name/information it asks for.
3. Text: @basicnum to this number: 81010
4. You will be logged into our class and communicate with everyone via text message.

If you need help logging into remind, PLEASE do not hesitate to email me. I will give you a phone call and walk you through the instructions. If anybody needs my phone number, please email me and I will give it to you. This is your 1st assignment of the week. Please check back on my blog for more later in the week.

I am missing you all so very much. I hope you and your families are safe and healthy at home! Some of you are missing the assignment that was posted last week. I have attempted to contact all of you in one way or another either by email or by phone.

This week, I have emailed you all a packet. Do not worry if you don’t have a printer, please attempt to write down the answers or type them back to me in an email. I also would like you to complete 3 IXL tasks of your choosing. I will be able to see everything on my end!

Lastly, I know you are all probably going a little nuts like I am! Hang in there…this will be over hopefully sometime soon! Please email or call me if you have any questions or if you need anything at all.

Please login onto IXL and complete F.1 – F.11 multiplication skill builders. It is the “third grade” category. When you are finished, please complete T.1 – T.5 time section, which is also in the “third grade” category. Please have these completed by Friday, March 20th at 7pm.

Remember – there are different examples that they show you in case you get stuck. However, if you need any extra help or have any questions, please email me at mauraa@dearbornschools.org.
