Our First Half Days

Hello Families!

This week has been exciting, finally welcoming our students into the classroom for our first few half days.

Breakfast

We have enjoyed having Breakfast with our classmates and been practicing cleaning up our areas when we are finished.

Work Time

Our morning routine includes Planning, Work Time, Clean Up and Recall. During this time the students can make plans and play in the areas of the classroom exploring new toys and playing with peers. When the bell rings, it’s time to clean up the toys!

Outside Time

This week we have been playing on the North side playground. The children have been loving the use of the hopscotch, slides, climbers, spinners, and rocking toys.

Looking ahead to next week…

• Monday is a half day 8:25-11:20
• Tuesday is our first full day, 8:25 – 3:10 don’t forget blankets, pillows, and extra clothes!
• Wednesday is a full day 8:25 – 3:10
• Thursday is a full day 8:25 – 3:10, blankets will come home to be washed over the weekend
