I’m looking forward to having a chat as to why you are talking to my daughter about politics and who to vote for. 2nd graders don’t need to be caught up in an already ugly election. Keep your opinions to yourself.
KEEP A CLASSROOM FOR LEARNING! NOT YOUR LIBERAL AGENDA!
Dear Mr. Rogowski,
I’m not exactly sure what you heard, but I do not talk about “my liberal agenda” in school. If you need to talk to me about something that may have happened in class, I would appreciate it if you would discuss it with me in person, please don’t use my blog to yell at me in capital letters. With the upcoming election quickly approaching, students often come to school talking about what their parents are saying at home. We have many Trump supporters, as well as Clinton supporters in Dearborn and their children are listening to the good and bad comments that people are making. We do not teach politics in 2nd grade but I can’t control what the students come to school talking about. Please know that I do not discuss my political opinion with my 7 year old students.
