DIY Sight Word Game

Here is a great way to practice sight words for students Kindergarten and beyond 3rd grade. Watch the video to see how to create and play!

Supplies:

  1. paper or index cards to create flashcards
  2. paper or a whiteboard to create a board
  3. marker and/or dry erase maker
  4. scissors
  5. sight word list (pre-primer & primer are the lists taught in Kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd grade & 3rd grade respectively.)

Practicing sight words is always a good use of time and helps you become a more fluent reader!
