This week we will have our scheduled meetings are optional and tutorials if help is needed writing the assigned essay. All work will continue to be posted in Google Classroom and our meetings will occur using iLearn. Meetings will be open to all students that may need help. Please find the below times for online tutorial sessions, you may attend any session:
Tuesday*- Tutorials @ 1pm & 2pm
Wednesday*- Tutorials @ 1pm & 2pm
Friday*- Tutorial @ 12pm
Office Hours will continue with teachers available from 11am-2pm on Mondays and Fridays for individual questions.
*A student may attend more than one tutorial if help is needed.
This week, we are writing a 3-prong argumentative essay (minimum 5 paragraphs) as an opportunity to allow students to develop an argument for their own self-advocacy of their academic performance. This assignment does not guarantee the student the grade argued but is an opportunity for students to raise their concerns and develop a solid argument on a topic they have a personal stake in.
