Dear Parents,
Last week we learned a new letter “Zz” and continued with the letter “9”. We also talked about families and how they are alike and different.
This week we will reviewing our letters and continue with the number “9”. We will also talk about transportation.
Availability for preschool for 2017-2018 school year is starting to fill up (Thursdays are almost full), so if you would like your child to join us next year, please sign up to save your spot.

This year, Howard Preschool will celebrate
another great year of learning by counting down
the last 26 days of the school year with 26
special activities!
Please read through the activities and their descriptions as some days
have your child wearing certain clothing and/or bringing items to class.
Participation is not required but we hope that everyone will join in this
celebration in some way over the next couple of weeks. If you have any
questions or concerns, please contact us. Thank you!
May 15 Extra Recess Day We will have one extra recess today. (Weather permitting)
May 16 Flag Day Let’s support our troops and dress in RED, WHITE and BLUE.
May 17 Game Day We will play a game outside. (Weather permitting)
May 18 Hot Wheel Day We will paint with some cars!
May 19 Ice Cream Day We’ll enjoy an ice cream treat!
May 22 Jam Day Pump up the jam!
May 23 Keep Smiling day We will have a great day!
May 24 Lightning Bug Day We will make ajar filled with lightning bugs!
May 25 Mismatch Day All students will wear clothes that don’t match.
There will be no school Friday, May 26th and Monday May 29th.

On Wednesday, June 14, we will be having a short (15 minutes) “graduation” for the preschoolers. The children will receive their diplomas. You are invited! It will be in the gym from 9:15 to 9:30am and there will be no chairs. If your child does not attend that day, you may bring them in and stay with them.
