Week of December 18 – 22 Wrap It Up

Dear Parents,

Last week we learned the letter “Kk”, number 4 and the color red.  We also talked about celebrations.

This week we will learn a new letter “Ll”, continue with the number 4 and color red.  We will also make a gift and holiday card for someone special.

Our holiday party will be on Friday.  We will have a book exchange, pajama day and decorate some cookies.

BOOK EXCHANGE  The book should be a book that both boys and girls would like to receive.  No more than $5.00.  Please wrap the book and put on the tag:  To:  My friend From:  (Your child’s name).  If your child does not bring a book, they will not come home with a book.

PAJAMA DAY  Your child can wear their pajamas to school on Friday.  If your child would like to wear their slippers, please have them bring shoes if we go outside.

Thank you to all of you that have signed up to bring in something for our party.

There will no school for two weeks, Saturday, December 21st to Sunday, January 7th.  We will see everyone back the week of Monday, January 8th.

If you have any questions, please feel free to put a note in your child’s folder or email me: bonzal@dearbornschools.org or call (313) 827 – 7630.

We hope everyone has a wonderful break and happy holidays, Ms. Lisa and Mr Moe
