Welcome back after a relaxing, long weekend! Today students will be bringing home school pictures (I forgot to hand them out on Tuesday but had them). On Wednesday we will be going on a field trip to the fire station. Many students have not turned in this field trip form yet and it needs to be turned in by tomorrow. We will be having lunch at the school at 11:00 before we go to Enrichment and then the field trip. We should be back to the school around 2:30 and drop off an dismissal times do not change. Students do NOT need to pack a lunch because we will eat here at the school before we go. I will be making another post soon with pictures from out Cranbrook field trip from last week so stay tuned…

Just a quick reminder that field trip forms and money are due today! Our field trip is Thursday November 16th!

On Friday we spent time with our friends from Ms. Erickson’s class!

Conferences are coming up next week! Our dates for this year are November 9th, 15th, and 16th. Yesterday forms were sent home with the students regarding what time you are currently signed up for. If the time doesn’t work, please let me know on the form and I can find a different time that will work for you. All forms need to be returned TOMORROW so that I can plan accordingly. I look forward to meeting with all of you!

Tomorrow is Halloween. Students get to wear costumes and will parade around (hopefully outside) tomorrow! Please check the orange letter sent home for specific information about what is not allowed.

For those of you that had your order forms returned with a sticky note today or if you forgot to send the order form today but would like to order pictures, this message is for you. You will now have to order pictures online if you would like school pictures ordered. You need to go onto mylifetouch.com and type in our picture day ID which is LM747134Y0. You will then need to fill in your child’s first and last name along with their grade (3).

If you sent your child with a form today and it didn’t come back home then your pictures should be ordered!

Don’t forget, tomorrow is picture day!

 This was us on our way to Oakman Elementary for Operation School Bell.  The students enjoyed technology day! 

Today we had Books for a Benefit. The kids loved making masks, drawing monsters, and “trick-or-treating” for books and other goodies!

The brainstormers came in and presented for an assembly yesterday and our very own Zaid was a star of the show as “ABC Man.”

Today is late start so students will not start until 9:35! Also, today is our well-earned technology day! Students will bring their technology up to the room and I will store them in a locked closet until the end of the day when we will have our technology time. Students know the acceptable technology to bring and also what games they can go on.
