Week of February 24th

Welcome back! I hope you enjoyed the nice weather and week long break. We have many things going on at McDonald Elementary this week.

On Wednesday, February 24th, there is a monthly parent meeting from 9-10 with Dr. Moughni.

On Friday, February 28th, our 3rd and 4th graders have their choir concert after school at 4:30. All are invited to attend. In addition our choir students have a great opportunity to perform at Fordson High School with the National Arab Orchestra this same night. If you have a 1st or 2nd grader their concert is Thursday, February 27th.

In science we are learning all about animals. Each student chose their very own animal to research and have been working hard to find out all about them. We are requesting that each student bring in a poster board (either tri-fold or standard size) so that they can create a poster all about their animal.
