Hi Nowlin Families,
It’s the holiday season and an opportunity participate in volunteering for the upcoming ” Holiday Gift Shop” held the week of December 2nd – December 6th. The gift shop will be set up at the school in the media center and we are asking for volunteers to help work throughout the week to make it fun for our students. It will create wonderful memories for the students and with your help make it a better outcome for each class to come and get gifts for their loved ones.

Just a reminder that tomorrow, Friday, September 20th 2019 is a half day; dismissal is at 11:45am!
Also, permission slips are due tomorrow, Friday, September 20th 2019 for our field trip to Wiard’s Apple Orchard on October 4th 2019. Chaperones are $10.25/person. Please get the permission slips in!

It’s the first bake sale of the year!! This sale will support the PTA and help bring Hagerman the Magician and his Extreme Science show to Nowlin! If you’d like to donate baked goods (or drinks/freeze pops), please leave them in the office Friday morning. Make sure you stop by after school for some delicious treats!
Shop our In School Fair Monday, September 9th – Thursday, September 12th. We will be open after school on Monday until 4pm, and from 12-4pm Tuesday-Thursday. We will also be open during Open House on Thursday, September 12th from 6-7pm. Cash, Checks (made to Nowlin PTA), and credit cards are accepted, as well as the new e-Wallet option available through Scholastic. The e-Wallet option allows your student to shop with a spending limit. You need a valid credit or debit card to set up an e-Wallet account. Only the amount purchased will get charged to your card. If you choose to write a check, please make checks out to Nowlin PTA and be sure to include the 6% sales tax.
