PEEK AT THE WEEK
- On Monday we had therapy group with Mr. Joe and Mrs. Gallery. We dyed eggs with food coloring and cool whip and made potato salad!
 - We finally got to play outside on the playground as the ground was dry enough to go out. We had so much fun on the jungle gym and swings.
 - The children drew in their journals.
 - We worked on stamina during read-to-self time.
 - The students practiced counting to ten with touch math and the story “Ten Easter Eggs.”
 - We tasted carrots are graphed if we liked them or not.
 - We read a story called “Where is Chicky Hiding?” and practiced prepositions with a stuffed bunny and plastic eggs. The children put the egg next to, on top of, under, behind, and in front of the bunny.
 - We read informational texts about rabbits and completed a can, have, are chart. Then we painted a rabbit silhouette after reading.
 - The children practiced counting objects and matching a number to the set.
 - We worked on color identification with the story “Happy Easter, Mouse!” and colored plastic eggs.
 - The children went on an egg hunt in the classroom and found a special treat of jelly beans inside!
