PEEK AT THE WEEK
- On Monday we had therapy group with Mr. Joe and Mrs. Gallery. We made pumpkin pie cups with graham crackers, whipped cream, and pumpkin flavored pudding!
- We watched videos about different shapes and talked about the shapes we need to make a scarecrow. After we made our own scarecrows and practiced cutting with adapted scissors.
- We practiced counting with the poem, “Along Comes Mr. Scarecrow.”
- The children colored in their journals.
- We worked on our alphabet book. We are on the letter “I” so we used insects to decorate the page.
- We read a book about being leaders and talked about how each of us can be leaders in the classroom.
- The students painted a fall tree using corks to stamp red, yellow, and orange on for leaves.
- In art we played with shaving cream!
REMINDERS
Late start: Wednesday, November 16th.
School starts one hour later than usual.
HELP WANTED
We are in need of disinfectant wipes to clean our toys.
