Ready for Monday?

BIG THANKS to those who’ve offered to send fruit for our Friendship Salad! I’ll bring a cooler with ice and a big bowl/serving spoons.

We will share a snack and a story beginning around 2:35PM on Halloween Monday. Please no costumes per the school’s policy.

SPELLING: Day 4, Activities due/TEST tomorrow

Bring an old sock, or a sock that is no longer part of a pair. This sock will be used to erase the dry erase boards that each student has in his/her desk.

MobyMax/ MyOn at home

Students should be using MyOn and MobyMax at home to build fact fluency and practice reading strategies.

Please note that according to the district website, you will need to be signed into Google (using your usual credentials) to use the Clever link.

Mrs. Potato Head

The students have elected to have a “stuffed animal day” tomorrow as a reward for having put Mrs. Potato Head back together again. (This is not written in the planner as we took a vote just before the bell rang. )

Remember to bring your favorite, reasonably sized, stuffed animals with you tomorrow!

Sharpen the Saw/ Halloween Celebration

With Halloween just a week away, I’m sure many students and their family members are wondering about a party…

I’d like to take some time (2:35-3:15) next Monday to enjoy a healthy snack together and share one of my favorite spooky stories.

If you would like to send one of the following healthy foods, cleaned and cut, to contribute to our Friendship Salad, please contact me through email or the Remind app. We will also need bowls, forks, and napkins. Uly’s mom has already offered to send bottles of water. Thank you!

If you’d like to send a Halloween treat such as a pencil, eraser, or sticker, those items can be handed out at the end of the day. Please no costumes or sweets.
