Good afternoon!

• Today we heard from the students who remembered to bring their Trade 10 projects to school. “I brought 10 _____ to trade” was the sentence stem we used. There were 11 who did not bring items to trade and 3 who were absent. Therefore, the actual trading will happen tomorrow, giving you one more day to prepare your items. Students who do not bring items for trade will be given an alternative assignment.
• Today was a good day for snow pants and snow boots, but a bad day to forget to bring shoes (for gym). Don’t forget to send an extra pair of shoes to change into on snowy days.
• And speaking of snow… we’re working on writing an informational piece about how to build a snowman. If you happen to get outside to do any building this week, PLEASE send pictures! You can email them to me and/or send photos of past snowman-building adventures that would provide awesome visual representations for our writing. Thank you!
