The Celebration Assembly is tomorrow at 1:05 in the gymnasium. The students have been told if they are receiving a certificate for either honor roll, most improved, bucket filler, or math master. We hope you can make it.

Reminder- your social studies map project is due by Friday. Half of the students have turned theirs in already. Make sure you have all of the elements necessary- the list is on the directions that went home before Thanksgiving break. This is worth 20 points so make sure you turn it in on time 🙂

Tonight is the Oakman School fundraiser at Zap Zone from 5:00-8:00. More information is in the picture below.
Today students are bringing home a copy of their math test- I am keeping the original in their files. The marks I made on their paper showed up black rather than pink- I either circled or wrote over the marks so you can see what changes I made based on your child’s answers. The average grade was a 2! Great job second graders 🙂

I received some messages from parents saying they were having trouble signing into the math study guide. I have reposted the instructions below. Each study guide is was only available to take once. I assigned three different ones this time so students would see different numbers in the problems and would not be able to memorize the answers. I will reopen each study guide again at the end of the school day so that students can take it again tonight.
