Homework:

1. Our social studies test is next Monday.  Your child is bringing home a paper to study that covers the short answer portion of the test.  I have posted my copy of the information at the bottom of this blog post in case they forgot their notebook at school.  There is also an online study guide.  Complete the study guide by clicking on this link-  https://testmoz.com/905303 
2. Practice your science study guide that came home today.  Your science test over properties of matter is on Wednesday.
3. Complete a weekly spelling activity.  The new spelling words for next week are:

Important upcoming events:

1. Monday at 2:45 is our parent math meeting in our classroom- room 107.  Please make a point to attend.
2. Wednesday is trunk-or-treat.  It costs $3 to participate.  Please pay Monday if you have not already.
3. Next week is spirit week.

   Wednesday, Oct. 31 Halloween Trunk or Treat	Halloween Costume Day No weapons. No masks in class

   Friday, Nov.2 Half day	Oakman Shirt and Hat Day

4. Next Friday 11-2-18 is a half day and the final day of the marking period.
